Mackenzie Browne joined team Fonto during December as Senior Consultant. To help meet the growing demand for customer experience data in categories such as QSR, Alcohol and Pharmacy, Mackenzie joins the team after internships with PWC and Scyne Advisory and as a consultant with Concept Six.
She has already made a huge impact on the Fonto team, getting involved with data projects in the Coffee Retail and Alcohol Retail spaces, and helping clients identify how customer spending and customer experience are changing over time. For categories like this that are heavily impacted by the dynamics of cost of living and changing lifestyle choices, Fonto's longitudinal data across both spending and experience is helping marketers understand how best to evolve their retail offerings in line with consumer demand.
We've also already locked in our next product team hire starting in January, to help with growing demand as we accumulate more data on how consumers spend across retail brands and how they feel about the experiences. Watch this space for more in the new year.
